General Terms and Conditions of sale PAC Skydiving Training (Accelerated Freefall)
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “GTC”) govern the sale of PAC training courses (Accelerated Freefall Progression) offered by Aventure Saut en Parachute, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 991 459 777, via the website paris-parachute.com.
Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC by the customer.
2. Services Provided
Aventure Saut en Parachute offers PAC training courses designed to teach autonomous skydiving.
The training includes:
supervised jumps in accordance with the accelerated freefall progression program,
supervision by a certified and qualified instructor,
a mandatory theoretical course on Monday morning covering skydiving techniques and safety instructions,
training videos provided to the participant at no additional cost,
civil liability insurance related to the activity.
3. Participation Requirements
Participation in a PAC training course is subject to the following conditions:
compliance with the minimum age required by regulations and by the center,
compliance with the weight and height limits defined for skydiving practice,
provision of a medical certificate stating no contraindication to skydiving, mandatory for all participants,
attendance at the mandatory theoretical course on Monday morning, required for validation of the training.
The participant undertakes to provide accurate information regarding their state of health.
Any false declaration may result in cancellation of the service without refund.
4. Order and Reservation
PAC training courses may only be ordered online via the website paris-parachute.com.
The purchase results in the issuance of a PAC training voucher, valid under the conditions defined in these GTC.
The reservation of a date or session is made according to the procedures specified at the time of purchase or later via the website’s booking system.
Aventure Saut en Parachute reserves the right to refuse or postpone a reservation if safety conditions are not met.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT included).
Full payment is required at the time of order and is made using the secure payment methods available on the website.
The order is considered final once payment has been confirmed.
6. Voucher and Beneficiary
The purchase of a PAC training course results in the issuance of a training voucher, which may be used by the purchaser or by a third-party beneficiary designated by the purchaser.
In all cases, the same rules, conditions, and restrictions apply, regardless of the actual beneficiary.
Validity Period
The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Change of Beneficiary
The beneficiary may be changed prior to the start of the training, provided that the new beneficiary:
provides a mandatory medical certificate stating no contraindication,
meets all participation requirements defined in Article 3 (age, weight, health condition, mandatory attendance at the theoretical course).
Aventure Saut en Parachute reserves the right to refuse a change of beneficiary if the required conditions are not met.
Vouchers are:
non-refundable,
non-exchangeable for cash.
Once the validity period has expired, the voucher is considered forfeited and no refund shall be granted.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services to be provided on a specific date or during a specific period.
Consequently, PAC training services are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation by the Client
Any request for cancellation must be made no later than 3 calendar days before the scheduled session date.
Cancellations made within this timeframe may result in a rescheduling of the service, subject to the voucher’s validity period.
Any cancellation made less than 3 days before the scheduled date, or failure to attend the session, will result in forfeiture of the voucher, with no refund or rescheduling.
Cancellation or Rescheduling by the Organizer
Aventure Saut en Parachute reserves the right to postpone or cancel a session for safety reasons, including but not limited to:
unfavorable weather conditions,
technical constraints,
instructor unavailability,
administrative or regulatory decisions.
In such cases, a rescheduled date will be offered to the client, with no additional compensation.
9. Weather Conditions
As skydiving is dependent on weather conditions, the training may be postponed in the event of unfavorable weather, subject to the voucher’s validity period.
10. Liability and Insurance
Aventure Saut en Parachute is covered by professional civil liability insurance for all services offered.
The company shall not be held liable in the event of failure to comply with safety instructions or participation requirements by the beneficiary.
11. Personal Data
Personal data collected during ordering and booking is processed in accordance with applicable regulations and the Privacy Policy available on the website.
12. Intellectual Property
All elements of the website (texts, images, videos, logos, photographs) are protected by intellectual property law.
Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
13. Applicable Law and Disputes
These GTC are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the client is invited to contact Aventure Saut en Parachute in order to seek an amicable solution.
Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
Language Clause
In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and French versions, the French version shall prevail.
